Our activities generally take place even in less favourable weather conditions, provided they can be carried out safely. If weather or snow conditions do not allow the activity to take place safely, it will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be refunded.

No, we do not offer snowshoeing tours. For this type of activity, you can contact the Catores Alpine Guides directly at info@catores.it

Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the activity and are accepted exclusively in writing by e-mail.

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity, a refund can only be granted in the event of illness or injury. In this case, a medical certificate issued by a local doctor is required.

Payment is made in advance, either directly through our online shop or via a payment link sent by our team. Of course you can also book this activity on site in one of our offices.

No, ski equipment is not included in the price. It can be rented at one of our ski rental shops, where Outdoor Guides guests receive a 10% discount on ski rental.

Please note: for the night sledding activity, sled rental is already included in the price.

The meeting point is at 18:20 at the Seceda valley station, directly in front of our ski rental shop. From there, the group will walk together to the valley station of the Resciesa funicular.

Yes. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for all our skiing and sledding activities.

Previous sledding experience is not required. However, some basic experience is recommended so that you can enjoy the activity safely and comfortably.

The price includes sled and headlamp rental, the return ride on the Resciesa funicular, and a three-course dinner at the mountain hut.

Yes. Please let us know in advance about any food intolerances, allergies or special dietary requirements. We will pass this information on to the mountain hut so that a suitable alternative can be prepared whenever possible.

The minimum age to participate is 8 years. A reduced price applies to children and teenagers up to the age of 14.

Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

The price includes an aperitif at the mountain hut, followed by a group descent into the valley with LED torches.

Yes, snowboarders can generally take part in our skiing activities. The only exception is the Dolomites Explorer, which is available exclusively for skiers.

Be the First and Magical Sunset Skiing take place in the Seceda ski area and include the descent along the famous La Longia slope all the way to Ortisei.

The Dolomites Explorer, on the other hand, takes you to different destinations in the Dolomites each day, giving you the opportunity to discover a variety of ski areas and landscapes.

Yes, the minimum age varies depending on the activity:

• Dolomites Explorer: 16 years

• Be the First & Magical Sunset Skiing: 14 years

Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

For our skiing activities, we recommend an advanced skiing level. You should be able to ski safely and confidently with parallel skis on red slopes.

The price includes the service of a private ski guide. The ski pass and ski equipment are not included and must be purchased or rented separately.

Yes, snowboarders can also book a private guiding tour. If the entire group consists of snowboarders, we will try, subject to availability, to assign a specialised snowboard guide.

The meeting point can be arranged flexibly, for example directly at your accommodation, at a lift station or on the slopes.

However, the agreed meeting point must be located in Ortisei.

Yes. From Monday to Friday, we offer our Dolomites Explorer group tour for skiers. 

The minimum age is 16 years, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

For tours within Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi, the Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi ski pass is sufficient.

For the Sellaronda or tours into other ski areas within the Dolomiti Superski region, you will need the Dolomiti Superskipass.

During a private guiding tour, the itinerary is individually adapted to your skiing or snowboarding level, your preferences and your desired level of difficulty.

An advanced level is nevertheless recommended, as it allows you to explore a wider range of ski areas and tours.
